Director of Programming | February 2016 – present

Why did you join AIGA?

I joined AIGA to become part of the amazing creative community that we have here in Nebraska. After being tied down with work, school, and life, it was time to get back in the game to connect and start creating relationships with fellow colleagues and people who inspire.

What inspires you?

My source of inspiration is fueled by many things such as color, textures, challenges, learning, but ultimately I find my inspiration in the process of creating something out of nothing.

How do you AIGA?

I AIGA by being open to new and creative ideas that will bring people and our community together. I love learning and being able to provide assistance to make great things happen in our community.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to spend time with my adventurous three year old and play Ninja Turtles, creating ink and watercolor paintings or catch up on my latest show I am watching.

What is the perfect pizza?

Thin crust, red sauce, sauerkraut, hamburger, lots of motz (don’t diss till you try)

What advice do you have for emerging creatives?

1. Get involved in the creative community ASAP.
2. Don’t be afraid to show your work to others.
3. Be bold!

Choose a color.
