Good or not, all works submitted to the competition must have been published or “created,” if you’re a pup (née student) between October 1, 2008, and October 2, 2009. It is expected all appropriate legal clearances necessary have been obtained by you to submit each work to a public design competition. All those who submit entries acknowledge the right of AIGA | the professional association for design, Nebraska Chapter to use them for publication and exhibition. AIGA assumes all competition entries are original works and are the property of the entrant, with all rights granted therein. AIGA is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.

Judges reserve the right to re-categorize entries, create new categories if appropriate and to withhold place awards as they see fit. Winning entries receive a gold, silver or bronze award, at the discretion of the judges. Best in Show awards are given out solely at the discretion of the judges in recognition of the single finest professional entry and single best student entry. For The Show gold winners, AIGA Nebraska Chapter will reimburse the cost incurred by entrants who forward their winning entries on to the AIGA National 365 Show.
